The Long reach arm is extended the scope of work according to the working conditions and requirements of excavator It is the front end of the working device of excavator. The long reach arm require special sesign and manufacture.According to the operation mode, it is devided into demolition arm, arm pit, pile arm, etc. According to its section number, it is devided into: 2 sections, 3 sections, four sections and so on.
Product Description Features
1. Applicable for all the make and model of excavator.
2. Standard supply include:bucket,linkage,bucket cylinder, 4oil pipe/hose,6pins,lubricating system
3. Many different material such as Q345B,Q690D,Weldox are optional to suit to your application.
4. Big boom can be two jointed pcs to make it fittable into container to save shipping cost.
5. All the seam are 45 degree tapered before welding.
6. Six month warranty
7. Some parts can be consolidated using thicker plate or overlapping another plate for heavy-duty application.
8. Boom cylinder and arm cylinder can also be supplied if customer want.
9. Extra pipeline can be added to suit to some extra application.
10. Biggest long boom we have done is 32m long boom for Hitachi EX3500.

Packing and Shipping
Varies ways of packing for excavator attachments, you have most volume saved with Nude Pack, easier loading and unloading with Pallet and Frame pack, stacking high for small excavator bucket or other attachments with Frame Pack. While just as much as merits, each way of packing has its demerits. Pack and Frame Pack allows minimum scrathing of paint, but less loading.
